NSW State Business Development Manager
Rapidly expanding Cosmetic Company seeks a NSW State Business Development Manager to assist in driving sales and increase market share of selected beauty brands – Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics, Image Skincare, Smiink Lashes & Sunescape Tanning.

The ideal candidate must:
Have a proven track record in field sales andnew business development within the beauty industry
Be a certified Beauty Therapist, preferably with experience working with cosmeceutical skincare and peels
Be highly driven, motivated, organised and experienced at following a call cycle
Be willing to do regional country travel within NSW
Be able to develop and manage existing clientele relationships
Have a proven track records of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Attend tradeshows as required
Have an ability and willingness to proactively seek new business opportunities
Have exceptional communication skills and time management skills
Be able to work autonomously and report to the National Sales Manager
Be positive, enthusiastic and have a can-do attitude
Have excellent personal grooming and presentation

Head Makeup Artist/Educator and Ambassador

If you think you can handle the busiest cosmetics stand at Australia's Beauty Trade shows, have the personality to dazzle a room full of discerning women at one of our exclusive VIP events or makeup master classes, and you would love to have a platform to showcase your creative makeup artist skills with Australia's most extensive range of luxurious minerals…… we want you!
About the role:
This is a casual role that will see you attending Beauty Trade Shows and various other events where you will be sharing your knowledge as an educator and trainer. You will do Youngblood makeup for photo shoots and for videos. You will create and present short how-to looks for videos and share your expertise on makeup with our team to include on our blog and social media- so naturally you must be on top of makeup, beauty and fashion trends.
Passionate about the benefits of mineral makeup and have a desire to work with a leading mineral makeup brand like Youngblood
An expert in all things makeup, and can to produce any look on the spot
Live and breathe all things beauty and maintain an up-to-date knowledge on what's on trend in makeup, skincare and fashion
Possess and internal drive from the satisfaction derived from helping clients look and feel amazing through the magic of makeup
Engaging, sassy and confident presenting and teaching in front of a room of novice makeup users and/or up and coming makeup artists
An articulate communicator able to present short how-to's in front of a camera
Good with time management, knowing how long a subject will take to be made-up
Required skills and experience:
Cert IV in makeup or equivalent
Cert IV in training and assessment – preferred but not necessary
Minimum 5 years' experience working as a professional makeup artist in commercial and editorial, as well as bridal makeup
Experience in teaching makeup techniques to students
Experience working with Mineral Makeup preferred but not necessary
Proven ability to work quickly and accurately in time-pressured conditions
You must have good communication skills and be able to coherently explain makeup techniques, trends, tips and product information
Experience in taking detailed notes and photographs of work, maintaining an up-to-date portfolio of work
This role will require you to drive from one location to another, possibly regionally therefore a current driver's licence is essential
As this is a casual role, it would suit someone looking to fit in additional work in around your other makeup artist commitments.
