Get the #OSCARS Look: Power Blush

If you haven’t tuned into the 2018 Oscar’s red carpet, you would’ve missed Emma Stone’s incredible appearance in a gorgeous maroon power suit and complimenting soft blush tones, including one trending makeup look, draping.

We recreate her iconic Oscars look with Youngblood Mineral Cosmetics.

FACE

Prep your skin with a light spritz of Minerals in the Mist for a fresh blank canvas. For a flawless satin finish, apply the Loose Mineral Foundation with a kabuki brush, buffing the fine powder into your skin until evenly blended. Swipe the Anti-Shine Mattifier across all shine-prone areas, like the t-zone and under the eyes for a long-lasting mattifying effect.

EYES

Softly define your brows with the Brow Sculpting Pencil, brushing them upwards with the attached spoolie. Using the Luminous Crème Blush in Pink Cashmere, lightly swipe the crème formula across the entire lid and blend upwards. Highlight the brow bone with the Luminous Crème Blush in Champagne Life, blending together.

Line the lash line with the Eye Pencil in Slate for a more defined eye. Finish by coating the lashes with the Mineral Lengthening Mascara in Blackout, volumising from base to tip.

CHEEKS

Using the same Luminous Crème Blush as the eyes, Pink Cashmere, and a contour blush brush, drape the blush from temple towards the apple of your cheek and blend into skin for a unique highlighted look. Use Champagne Life and focus on the apples of your cheeks and balance the colour with added luminosity.

LIPS

Coat the lips with Lipgloss in Devotion for a subtle tint to the lips. Let your cheeks do the talking with this gorgeous Oscars look!
